POSITION DETAILS
Our superintendents coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel, as required, to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality work while managing all subcontractors, trade and field personnel. The superintendent is responsible for all onsite activities, including the safety of personnel and securing materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree in engineering or construction preferred, but not required
Three to five years experience as a superintendent required
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30hr preferred, but not required
